# Integrations

> Connecting GitHub, Figma, Expo and coding agents to your ESTAGE account — what each one is for, what access it asks for, and how to disconnect it.

**Integrations** connect outside accounts to your ESTAGE account, so Genesis can read from them on
your behalf: your GitHub repositories, your Figma files, your Expo account for iPhone previews,
and the coding agents that build your projects from outside Genesis.

Find them under **Settings → Integrations** in your [account settings](/account/). Each
connection belongs to you, not to a project, so it works in every project you own.

| Card | What it's for | Access it asks for |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **GitHub** | Importing your own repositories, public or private, when you create a project | The `repo` and `read:user` scopes |
| **Figma** | Pasting a Figma frame link in chat to rebuild it as a page, with the real images and icons from the file — see [Figma import](/capabilities/figma-import/) | The `file_content:read` scope (read-only) |
| **Expo** | Opening the live preview of your mobile apps on your iPhone — see [Mobile apps](/platform/mobile-apps/) | An Expo access token from your personal Expo account |
| **Coding agents** | Connecting a project to the Claude app, Claude Code or OpenAI Codex — see [Connect Claude or Codex](/claude-code/) | Access to the one project you pick |

## Connecting GitHub or Figma

1. Open **Settings → Integrations**.
2. On the card, select **Connect GitHub** or **Connect Figma**.
3. Sign in to that service if asked, and approve the access.
4. You're brought back to **Integrations**. The card shows **Connected** and the account you
   signed in as.

If something goes wrong on the way, the card says *"Couldn't connect …"* with the reason. Try
again, or contact support if it keeps failing.

GitHub is only read from — Genesis doesn't push anything back to your repositories without you
asking.

## Connecting Expo

On an iPhone, Expo Go opens a live preview only for its own Expo account, so the iPhone preview
needs your Expo account connected once. After that, every mobile project you own uses it, new
ones too.

1. On expo.dev, create an access token under **Access tokens**, with your personal account picked
at the top left. An organization's robot token won't work, because Expo Go can't sign in as a
robot. No Expo account yet? The card links to expo.dev, where one is free.
2. Open **Settings → Integrations**, paste the token into **Access token** on the **Expo** card,
   and select **Verify & connect**.
3. On your iPhone, sign in to Expo Go with the same account — the card shows which one.

Once connected, the card offers **Replace token** and **Disconnect**.

The same connection is made by the iPhone setup inside any mobile project; this card is where you
change or remove it later.

## Disconnecting

Select **Disconnect** on the GitHub or Figma card and confirm. ESTAGE forgets the token; you can
reconnect any time. For coding agents, see
[Managing & revoking connections](/claude-code/#managing--revoking-connections).

## Things worth knowing

- **Figma import doesn't guess.** Without a Figma connection, pasting a Figma link in chat asks you
to connect first instead of approximating the design.
- **Coding agents are in Beta.** The card says so: capabilities are limited and still changing.
- **Disconnecting here doesn't revoke access on the other side.** To remove ESTAGE from your
GitHub or Figma account entirely, also revoke it in that service's own settings.
