**Subscriptions** is one list of everything you're billed for monthly, across all your projects.
Add-ons like Dedicated Cloud are switched on inside a project, so without this list you'd have to
remember which project a charge belongs to before you could see or stop it.

Find it under **Settings → Subscriptions** in your [account settings](/account/). Your ESTAGE plan
itself is managed under [Billing & invoices](/account/billing/).

## Reading the list

The top card shows your **Total per month** and how many subscriptions there are, with how many
are ending. Below it, subscriptions are grouped: anything on your account first, under **Your
account**, then one section per project — select a project's name to open it.

| Subscription | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| **Dedicated Cloud** | A project's backend: database, auth, storage and functions — see [Dedicated Cloud](/cloud/) |
| **Analytics** | Site analytics for a project, with **Session replay** if you added it, and how many visitors of the period's cap you've used — see [Insights](/insights/) |
| **Web app server** | The server running one web app in a project; a project with several web apps has one per app — see [Web apps](/platform/web-apps/) |

Each row shows its plan, its monthly price, and a status:

| Status | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Active** | Running, and renews on the date shown |
| **Cancelling** | Cancelled; it keeps running until the date shown, then ends |
| **Past due** | The last payment failed |
| **Paused** | Not running; paid through the date shown |
| **Limit reached** | Analytics hit its visitor cap for the period: tracking stops, but it is still billed |
| **Ended** | Finished; it won't renew |

**Manage** opens the subscription's own settings inside the project.

## Cancelling a subscription

1. Select **Cancel** on the row.
2. Read what happens — it differs by subscription, see below — and select **Cancel
subscription**. **Keep it** closes the window without changes.

The row changes to **Cancelling** and says what happens next, and by when.

| Subscription | After you cancel |
| --- | --- |
| **Dedicated Cloud** | The backend keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for. **7 days later it is deleted with all of its data** — database, users and files — unless you resume. A copy of the database is kept for 30 days |
| **Analytics** | Tracking continues until the end of the paid period, then stops. Data already collected stays. An unpaid (past-due or paused) subscription ends at once |
| **Web app server** | It keeps running until the end of the paid period, then pauses. The remaining time isn't refunded. Your files are kept, and you can resubscribe any time |

### Taking a cancellation back

A Dedicated Cloud or Web app server row that is **Cancelling** has a **Keep it** button. Select it
and the subscription renews as usual. Analytics has no **Keep it** button here.

## Things worth knowing

- **Dedicated Cloud is the one with a deadline.** Its data is deleted 7 days after the paid period
ends. Resume before then if you change your mind.
- **If part of the list can't load, the page says so.** A missing row then means "couldn't
check", not "not subscribed" — reload before you rely on it.
