Host your videos on Estage and play them on your Genesis site with the **Estage Video
player** — your own video hosting, no YouTube branding or recommendations.

## How to trigger it

- *"add an Estage video player"*, *"add a video from my library"*
- The **Estage Video** entry in the `/` slash menu

## Connecting a video

The player lands on your page; then you pick what it plays:

1. **Click the player** in the preview.
2. In the side panel, open the **video browser** — your Estage Video library, with folders
   and search.
3. **Click a video** — it's wired to the player on the spot. No copying IDs.

## What visitors see

A clean embedded player — play/pause, timeline, volume, fullscreen — streaming from Estage's
player service. No account or login needed to watch.

## Notes

- **As many players per page as you like** — each is configured independently.
- Videos must already exist in your **Estage Video library** (upload them there first).
- The player's look is standard — for video *galleries, playlists, and search* built from your
library, use the [Video Library integration](/capabilities/video-library/) instead.
