# Business Details

> Add the company information required to connect payment gateways and appear on customer receipts.

The **Business Details** tab holds your company information. Payment gateways like PayPal,
Razorpay, Square, Authorize.net, and Easy Pay Direct **require** this information before you
can connect them, and it appears on your customers' receipts.

## Fields

| Field | Required | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Business Name** | Yes | Your company's legal name. |
| **Logo** | Yes | Pick from your Media Library. |
| **Address** | Yes | Street address. |
| **Country** | Yes | Choose from the dropdown. |
| **City** | Yes | |
| **State / Province** | Yes | Options update based on the country you pick. |
| **ZIP / Postal Code** | Yes | |
| **Support Email** | Optional | Shown to customers for support. |
| **Support Phone** | Optional | Country code dropdown + number. |

## Why it matters

If any required field is missing, you'll see an **amber warning** that lists which payment
gateways are currently blocked. Filling everything in unblocks them in the
[Payments](/project-settings/) tab.

Even after connecting a gateway, keep your Business Details filled in — the information is
reused on customer receipts. Clearing it can break active payment integrations.
