DRM Rich Text (protected content)
The protected sibling of the Rich Text block: same editing experience, but with anti-copy guards for content you’d rather not see lifted — premium articles, paid lesson texts, member-only material.
How to trigger it
Section titled “How to trigger it”- “add protected content”, “premium text block”, “защищённый текст”
- The DRM Rich Text entry in the
/slash menu
What the protection does
Section titled “What the protection does”On the published site, the block:
- Blocks copying — Ctrl/Cmd+C does nothing
- Blocks the right-click menu
- Blocks printing the page
- Content is loaded separately, not baked into the page source
What it honestly doesn’t do
Section titled “What it honestly doesn’t do”This is a deterrent, not encryption. A determined visitor can still read the text on screen, take screenshots, or dig it out with technical tools. Think of it as a “please don’t copy” that’s actually enforced for the casual 95% — not a security system.
Editing
Section titled “Editing”Exactly like Rich Text: double-click, format, click away to save. The guards apply to your visitors, not to you.
A built-in use
Section titled “A built-in use”Legal pages ship their text in this kind of block — that’s why their content is double-click editable.
