Video galleries
Where the ESTAGE Video player puts one video on a page, a video gallery puts several: a grid of your webinar recordings, a playlist for a course preview, a row of testimonials. The videos come from your ESTAGE Video library.
How to trigger it
Section titled “How to trigger it”Describe it in the chat. For example:
- “make a gallery of my webinar recordings, three per row”
- “add a playlist of the videos in my Onboarding folder”
- “put my three customer testimonial videos under the pricing section”
Or pick Video gallery in the / slash menu, which starts the message for you — finish the
description and send it.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”The AI looks in your library — by title or by folder — and builds the gallery from the videos it finds. Each video plays in the ESTAGE player, with the settings you gave it in ESTAGE Video (captions, chapters, logo, end screen).
If several videos could fit and the choice is yours, the AI shows your library in the chat so you can pick.
Keeping it up to date
Section titled “Keeping it up to date”The gallery is built from your library as it is when you ask. The list of videos is written into your site, so:
- A video you upload later doesn’t appear by itself. Ask again — “add my new webinar to the gallery” — and the AI adds it.
- Changing a video’s settings in ESTAGE Video — captions, logo, end screen, privacy — shows up in its player right away, because the player reads them from the library.
- Titles and thumbnails shown around the players are part of the page. After renaming a video, ask the AI to refresh the gallery.
- Deleting a video from your library leaves a “not found” player in the gallery until you ask the AI to remove it.
- Requires videos in your ESTAGE Video library. With an empty library the AI says so and asks you to upload — drop files into the chat or use Media → Videos.
- The AI finds videos by the beginning of their title or by folder. Name or file your videos so a gallery’s videos are easy to pick out — for example, a folder per series.
- Private videos show a “Private video” notice in the gallery. Make them public in ESTAGE Video, or in the player panel with Make it public.
