Editing text and images
Inline text editing
Section titled “Inline text editing”The fastest way to change any text on your site:
- Double-click the text in the preview.
- Type your new text (plain text, up to 300 characters).
- Enter or click away to save. Escape cancels.
You’ll see a confirmation toast when it’s saved. If a particular text can’t be edited in place, Genesis automatically passes your change to the AI instead — it still gets done.
Rich-text content

- Bold, italic, links
- Headings, lists, blockquotes, code blocks
Close the editor (or click away) to save.
