Products and coupons from chat

The AI can create a product or a coupon directly in your CRM, so you can sell something from the page you’re building without switching to the CRM first. It can also give a person access tags, or take them away.

These are changes to your live CRM, not to your site’s code: what the AI creates is there for every order form, checkout and automation in the project.

Describe it with the details. The AI acts only when you ask for one explicitly and give it what it needs — it never invents a product or a price. For example:

  • “Create a product called Starter Coaching, $49 a month, with a 7-day trial”
  • “Add a free product called Workshop Replay”
  • “Make a coupon SUMMER25 for 25% off the Starter Coaching product”
  • “Create a coupon that gives 14 extra trial days on my subscription”

Products. The AI first checks your product list, so it doesn’t create a duplicate. Then it creates the product with:

DetailWhat you can give
Name and priceRequired. A price of 0 makes a free product.
BillingOne-time, or recurring every day, week, month or year.
TrialTrial days on a recurring product.
Currency and descriptionOptional.
Price optionsSeveral prices for one product — Monthly and Yearly.
Payment providersWhich connected gateways sell it. Leave it out and every connected gateway is used.

A paid product needs at least one connected gateway in Payment Processing. Without one, the AI says so and creates nothing.

Coupons. The coupon gets a code, a discount — a percentage, a fixed amount, or extra trial days — and, if you name them, the products it’s valid on. It can also carry a coupon type (product, plan or subscription), a duration for subscriptions, and a maximum number of uses. It’s active straight away unless you ask otherwise. A code must be unique in the project.

Access tags. Ask the AI to give a person access tags, or to remove them, and it adds to (or removes from) the tags they already have — the rest stay. It needs the person’s ESTAGE user ID. These are the tags products grant on purchase, not contact tags for segmenting.

Everything the AI creates is an ordinary CRM record. Open it in the CRM to change it — see Products, coupons & tags. Then wire the product into a checkout with an order form.

  • Claude only. These actions work with the Claude agent. With Codex or Kimi, the AI tells you to create the product or coupon in the CRM yourself.
  • Check the payment providers after a paid product is created. The AI says so too: open the product in the CRM and confirm the gateways it sells through.
  • Store products are not created this way. The AI creates digital products; physical store products are set up in the CRM’s store editor — see Products & inventory.
  • Create and describe tags in the CRM. The AI gives and removes tags on a person; the tag catalog itself is under Manage Tags.
