Products & inventory

Store products live in ESTAGE CRM → Products, next to your digital products. The Type filter switches between Digital and Physical; the store only sells physical ones.

Products → New product → Physical opens the product editor — one page in two columns.

Left column

  • Product name and Description.
  • Media — a cover image and a gallery. Drag to change the order.
  • Price — for a product without options. With options, each variant has its own price.
  • Options — up to three (for example Size, Colour, Material), each with its Values. Every combination becomes a variant.
  • Variants — one row per combination: price, SKU and how many you have (Available). Barcode, compare-at price and cost are under Barcode, compare-at & cost.
  • Search engine listing — Page title, Meta description and the URL handle, with a preview of how the product looks in search results.

Right column

  • Status — whether the storefront lists the product at all. A draft is invisible to buyers.
  • Organization — Product type, Vendor and Currency. The product type is also a filter in the storefront’s catalog.
  • Inventory — whether to track quantity, and what happens at zero: Stop selling or Keep selling (take orders on backorder).
  • Shipping — the Weight (kg, g, lb or oz) that carriers are told and that weight-based rates are matched on, and the Shipping profile if the product ships differently from the rest. See Shipping & tax.

Stock is kept per variant. Type the number you have in the variant row — CRM records the difference as a movement. For a delivery or a stocktake, use the variant’s stock dialog; its history shows every change: sales, returns, manual adjustments.

Products → Inventory lists every tracked variant with what is on hand, reserved and available, and imports a stocktake in bulk.

Products → Collections groups products for the storefront — New arrivals, Sale, Shoes.

  • I pick them — you add products by hand.
  • Whatever matches my conditions — products join automatically when they match all or any of your rules (for example: product type is Shoes, price under 50). New products that match appear by themselves.

Each collection has its own URL handle, cover image, sort order and search engine listing, and can be Hidden (draft) until it is ready. On the storefront, collections are both pages (/collections/<handle>) and a filter in the catalog.

  • How products reach buyers — the catalog, product pages and cart — is the storefront.
  • The weight and the shipping profile set here decide delivery — see Shipping & tax.
  • Digital products — courses, memberships, downloads — use the classic editor and sell through order forms. See Products, coupons & tags.
